Our water jet cutting machine allows us to cut materials up to four metres long x two metres wide x 200mm thick and is sensitive to the high temperatures needed by other methods. This method is extremely accurate and capable of producing intricate cuts with a much greater finish than laser work. We haven’t come across a material yet that we can’t cut.
This green technology doesn’t produce any hazardous by-products, it reduces waste due to it’s tiny kerf and uses recyclable water.
Using a CAD facility allows us to import DWG or DFX file data that exactly reproduce your designs. We also use specialist software to ducting and sheet metal patterns for cones, lobster-back branches and square-round transitions.
